Create admins, PMs, BAs, designers, SMEs, clients, and reviewers. If this email is a Google account, the user can log in with Google OAuth and will keep the type assigned here.

Allowed domains for self-created users: cidersoftsolutions.com, getcider.com
Admin-created users can sign in with matching Google email addresses even outside those domains.
